A graduate of Kwantlen’s Fashion Design program, where she designed swimwear for girls, Rachel is currently working in the children’s wear industry. The appeal of creating without boundaries inspired the Rachel Rainbow collection that is now a business with a loyal following of giggly, cute, little girls.
